After struggling to find a company that would come out to look at our conservatory Donald and his team provided an excellent service from start to finish. Our neglected, wooden conservatory was in need of some serious tlc. Donald gave us a price that was fixed – no hidden add ons or extras. The team of joiners, delivery drivers, painters were faultless, a great bunch of guys who really cared about the job. Would not hesitate to recommend. It was a pleasure to deal with all of them.

5 Stars are not enough do describe the quality of this business. They are unique in so many ways, from top quality materials to excellent skilled workmanship. Donald and Brain provide a dedicated customer service. The workmen directly employed by Donald, work tirelessly and are a pleasure to have working at your home. They work as though they are doing a home project of their own to such a high standard. We have had various companies do work in our home and none of them touch the surface of Conservatory Refurbishments. If you are reading this review and your conservatory requires attention then you have found the right company.

Our 20+ year old polycarbonate roof was showing signs of age. Donald came, assessed the conservatory and advised as to what needed to be done, the cost and the timescale for completion. Every element of the job was carried out exactly as described with great skill and efficiency. We are delighted with the results and feel we made the right decision in going ahead with this company.

After 23 years our old conservatory roof needed replaced. Called Donald in and couldn't be happier with his assessment of what we needed. Went for a new glass roof which has totally transformed the room. From start to finished we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the whole team. I had my conservatory roof replaced by Donald and his team a couple of years ago – the new glass was instantly far superior to the old making the space far more pleasant controlling the temperature exceptionally well, no longer too hot to handle in the summer months! Recently there was a problem with one of the panes and it shattered on the inside – a very rare thing to happen, I called Donald to talk it through, the roof has a 10 year guarantee and he immediately organised a replacement of the panel, at no cost to myself. His team are very customer focused, polite, quick and tidy – exceptional service very good product – couldn't be happier! Susan

I was so glad and grateful to find this company. My wooden conservatory roof leaked and was suffering from rot in several places. Now it looks even better than the day it was first built over 18 years ago. The build team were quick and very efficient and the attention to detail in preparation and finish by Alex the painter was exemplary.

We now have a lovely new conservatory roof. What a pleasure! – it is warm and bright and we are delighted with the work, and the workers of course. They were a very jolly team! (An added bonus is that the music acoustics are great!). We highly recommend Donald and his very skilled team.

I only have positives to say about Donald and his team. Donald was hugely knowledgeable and professional in our initial meeting then he passed the project over to his men who went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and on time. The guys on the job were super respectful, hard working and showed great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Had our conservatory roof, gutters etc replaced recently, delighted with the job from start to finish. Had a couple of very minor blemishes which were quickly replaced with no quibble or hassle. When we moved into our home we inherited a conservatory that need a lot of TLC. Though, with zero prior experience of owning a home with a timber conservatory we didn't really know what we were getting into, but we did know it was going to cost to get it put right. The team kept us up-to-date and informed from the comprehensive survey, through to completion. The project was done on time, and we've been left with something we can enjoy for the years to come.
