From beginning to end this company was so professional and we are delighted with our sun lounge. Excellent service and very tidy. Would highly recommend! Particular mention to Alan, Anton and Davy who were on site and did a fantastic job.

I can highly recommend this company to anyone whose older conservatory is in need of restoration. We are absolutely delighted with the results on our wooden conservatory, which has been transformed beautifully.

From start to finish, the entire team has been exceptional. They were polite, professional, and incredibly hardworking throughout the project, and they also took great care to keep everything clean and tidy.

It has been a pleasure working with such a reliable and dedicated team, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.

We’re not in the habit of leaving reviews but am making an exception here – we’ve just had our porch/conservatory rebuilt by CRL. The work carried out was truly outstanding and the service superb from start to finish. Donald visited to talk through thoroughly and clearly what was involved, and dates & price discussed & agreed. All was then carried out as planned by Jonny & Kevin who were super organised, focussed and knowledgable – they are true craftsmen who’s level of care and attention to detail was hugely impressive to witness. Such qualities are hard to find nowadays and on top of this they are really nice guys. Alex who came to finish the paintwork shared the above & we are really pleased we chose CRL to carry out the work. 5 stars doesn’t seen adequate!!

Was very pleased to find this company. Our wooden conservatory had seen better days. Donald was extremely efficient in the admin for the refurb. Having had plenty of builders here in recent years, this team were a stand out as there wasn’t a weak link – each and every one of them were very able, courteous and thoughtful.

We just got our conservatory redone. From the start to finish the customer service has been fabulous. Donald came out to the house to start with & explained everything we needed to know. He gave us options , prices , dates & listened to everything we wanted. Once the job started the team assigned to do our conservatory were outstanding! Their time keeping & workman ship was set to an extremely high standard. Alan & his team arrived bang on time everyday, worked to a deadline & made sure they tidied up after themselves. Very happy with this company and delighted to say so. We needed much of the wood and all the glass replaced on our garden room plus the roof repaired. Donald gave us a price on his visit. The guys doing the job were great, all of them but special praise must go to Mark and Gene in particular; genuine people who take pride in their work. There were snags encountered, hardly surprising for such a big job, but these were discussed in a professional manner and solutions found. The work has transformed the back of the house and unlike this time last year, we’re ready for everything that the Scottish winter can throw at us. We were so pleased we got them back to do another window in the house. Would happily recommend them.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new conservatory. The old one was referred to as an antique so needed replacing. Donald was very helpful and supportive and his team of men were so very kind and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished result is just lovely. It was always my favourite place so now it will be more than ever. Thankyou for an excellent job. I am more than happy to recommend you all.

Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd replaced our conservatory doors today after the original frames were damaged beyond repair. We had difficulty finding a glazing company willing to take on the job due to the size requirements, but after contacting Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd they confirmed they would be able to complete the work required

Donald visited within a few days to provide a quotation and demonstrated excellent knowledge and professionalism throughout. All members of the team, from those who carried out the measurements to the installers themselves were friendly and professional. The installation was completed to a high standard, and the fitters left the area immaculate, removing all waste, including the old frames and doors.

We are extremely pleased with both the service and the final result, and we will be returning to them in the future when we proceed with replacing our conservatory roof.
