Our 20+ year old polycarbonate roof was showing signs of age. Donald came, assessed the conservatory and advised as to what needed to be done, the cost and the timescale for completion. Every element of the job was carried out exactly as described with great skill and efficiency. We are delighted with the results and feel we made the right decision in going ahead with this company.

After 23 years our old conservatory roof needed replaced. Called Donald in and couldn’t be happier with his assessment of what we needed. Went for a new glass roof which has totally transformed the room. From start to finished we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the whole team. I had my conservatory roof replaced by Donald and his team a couple of years ago – the new glass was instantly far superior to the old making the space far more pleasant controlling the temperature exceptionally well, no longer too hot to handle in the summer months! Recently there was a problem with one of the panes and it shattered on the inside – a very rare thing to happen, I called Donald to talk it through, the roof has a 10 year guarantee and he immediately organised a replacement of the panel, at no cost to myself. I was so glad and grateful to find this company. My wooden conservatory roof leaked and was suffering from rot in several places. Now it looks even better than the day it was first built over 18 years ago. The build team were quick and very efficient and the attention to detail in preparation and finish by Alex the painter was exemplary.

We now have a lovely new conservatory roof. What a pleasure! – it is warm and bright and we are delighted with the work, and the workers of course. They were a very jolly team! (An added bonus is that the music acoustics are great!). We highly recommend Donald and his very skilled team.

Had our conservatory roof, gutters etc replaced recently, delighted with the job from start to finish. Had a couple of very minor blemishes which were quickly replaced with no quibble or hassle. When we moved into our home we inherited a conservatory that need a lot of TLC. Though, with zero prior experience of owning a home with a timber conservatory we didn’t really know what we were getting into, but we did know it was going to cost to get it put right. It was allw daunting.

We live in a B-listed property so our conservatory frame must be made of hardwood and after 30 years ours was definitely in need of refurbishment. We had difficulty finding a business both willing and able to carry out the necessary repairs and replacements whilst abiding by the regulations until we found Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd. They repaired/replaced all of the original wood where necessary and also replaced the door and double-glazed windows as well as the roof, which they upgraded from the existing tired, old, opaque UPV to much brighter and better insulated glass. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the result is that our conservatory has not just been restored but is in fact a marked improvement over the original. We are absolutely delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this very efficient team of highly skilled operators.
