“I could not recommend this company highly enough – 5 stars is not enough! We inherited an old wooden framed conservatory when we moved house, and whilst the wood was in a reasonable state, all the roof panels and a couple of window panels had blown. Don’t believe companies who tell you the only option is to replace your wooden conservatory!! This is what we had been told before finding Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd. The renovation quote was similar to a PVC replacement, but given how much a new wooden conservatory would cost it was more than worth the money to have it restored and we are so glad we made that decision! The quote is fixed, irrespective of how much time it takes to complete the work. And in our case, it took the team longer than expected given it was discovered that the old roof panels had been glued to the frame with rock hard mastic. Despite taking more labour time than anticipated, they also replaced another window panel at no additional charge when we realised it had also blown. And then… over a month after finished the work, they have just agreed to put right recent accidental damage for no charge – going well beyond their guarantee obligations.
