When we moved into our home we inherited a conservatory that need a lot of TLC. Though, with zero prior experience of owning a home with a timber conservatory we didn’t really know what we were getting into, but we did know it was going to cost to get it put right. It was allw daunting.

But we’re delighted to have found Conservatory Refurbishments. The team were outstanding from start to finish. Donald, Mark, Shaun and Lee were all professional, thorough and courteous throughout. They take pride in the work, and the finish is great.

Nothing is a problem. The team kept us up-to-date and informed from the comprehensive survey, through to completion. The project was done on time, and we’ve been left with something we can enjoy for the years to come. We would definitely recommend.

We live in a B-listed property so our conservatory frame must be made of hardwood and after 30 years ours was definitely in need of refurbishment. We had difficulty finding a business both willing and able to carry out the necessary repairs and replacements whilst abiding by the regulations until we found Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd. They repaired/replaced all of the original wood where necessary and also replaced the door and double-glazed windows as well as the roof, which they upgraded from the existing tired, old, opaque UPV to much brighter and better insulated glass. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and the result is that our conservatory has not just been restored but is in fact a marked improvement over the original. We are absolutely delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending this very efficient team of highly skilled operators.

Struggled to find a company which would conserve our existing timber roof. All the others wanted to remove and replace completely what we had for a huge amount of money. However, Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd retained the existing structure and replaced the polycarbonate panels with hi spec glass panes. Shaun and Lee did a fantastic job.

From beginning to end this company was so professional and we are delighted with our sun lounge. Excellent service and very tidy. Would highly recommend! Particular mention to Alan, Anton and Davy who were on site and did a fantastic job.

We’re not in the habit of leaving reviews but am making an exception here – we’ve just had our porch/conservatory rebuilt by CRL. The work carried out was truly outstanding and the service superb from start to finish. Donald visited to talk through thoroughly and clearly what was involved, and dates & price discussed & agreed. All was then carried out as planned by Jonny & Kevin who were super organised, focussed and knowledgable – they are true craftsmen who’s level of care and attention to detail was hugely impressive to witness. Such qualities are hard to find nowadays and on top of this they are really nice guys. Alex who came to finish the paintwork shared the above & we are really pleased we chose CRL to carry out the work. 5 stars doesn’t seen adequate!!

Was very pleased to find this company. Our wooden conservatory had seen better days. Donald was extremely efficient in the admin for the refurb. Having had plenty of builders here in recent years, this team were a stand out as there wasn’t a weak link – each and every one of them were very able, courteous and thoughtful.

We just got our conservatory redone. From the start to finish the customer service has been fabulous. Donald came out to the house to start with & explained everything we needed to know. He gave us options , prices , dates & listened to everything we wanted. Once the job started the team assigned to do our conservatory were outstanding! Very happy with this company and delighted to say so. We needed much of the wood and all the glass replaced on our garden room plus the roof repaired. Donald gave us a price on his visit. The guys doing the job were great, all of them but special praise must go to Mark and Gene in particular; genuine people who take pride in their work. There were snags encountered, hardly surprising for such a big job, but these were discussed in a professional manner and solutions found. The work has transformed the back of the house and unlike this time last year, we’re ready for everything that the Scottish winter can throw at us. We were so pleased we got them back to do another window in the house. Would happily recommend them.
