We just got our conservatory redone. From the start to finish the customer service has been fabulous. Donald came out to the house to start with & explained everything we needed to know. He gave us options , prices , dates & listened to everything we wanted. Once the job started the team assigned to do our conservatory were outstanding! Their time keeping & workman ship was set to an extremely high standard. Alan & his team arrived bang on time everyday, worked to a deadline & made sure they tidied up after themselves. Very happy with this company and delighted to say so. We needed much of the wood and all the glass replaced on our garden room plus the roof repaired. Donald gave us a price on his visit. The guys doing the job were great, all of them but special praise must go to Mark and Gene in particular; genuine people who take pride in their work. There were snags encountered, hardly surprising for such a big job, but these were discussed in a professional manner and solutions found. The work has transformed the back of the house and unlike this time last year, we’re ready for everything that the Scottish winter can throw at us. We were so pleased we got them back to do another window in the house. Would happily recommend them.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new conservatory. The old one was referred to as an antique so needed replacing. Donald was very helpful and supportive and his team of men were so very kind and thoughtful. Nothing was too much trouble and the finished result is just lovely. It was always my favourite place so now it will be more than ever. Thankyou for an excellent job. I am more than happy to recommend you all.

Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd replaced our conservatory doors today after the original frames were damaged beyond repair. We had difficulty finding a glazing company willing to take on the job due to the size requirements, but after contacting Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd they confirmed they would be able to complete the work required

Donald visited within a few days to provide a quotation and demonstrated excellent knowledge and professionalism throughout. All members of the team, from those who carried out the measurements to the installers themselves were friendly and professional. The installation was completed to a high standard, and the fitters left the area immaculate, removing all waste, including the old frames and doors.

We are extremely pleased with both the service and the final result, and we will be returning to them in the future when we proceed with replacing our conservatory roof.

We had already engaged Donald and his team to rebuild our conservatory when Storm Éowyn had the final say! Through every stage of the project – costing, scheduling, reconstruction and finishing – Conservatory Refurbishments have been professional and responsive. The sensitivity shown in faithfully reconstructing this Victorian/Edwardian timber structure was amazing, and the carpentry, glazing, and painting (inside and out) reflect very high levels of skill. As good as new, and ready for the rest of this Century.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. What a job they did on my dad’s conservatory roof. Old roof was leaking badly these guys replaced it with a new roof. So professional. Cleaned up afterwards too. Can’t thank them enough. They even fixed the doors that were sticking too. Wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend them.

Conservatory Refurbishments Ltd has just completed work on my 35 year old conservatory and it looks just like new.

The extremely pleasant and hard working team always arrived at the arranged time and we were regularly kept updated regarding progress. Any questions we had were dealt with positively.
Painter was always punctual, courteous and did an excellent job at all stages including the thorough preparation and final painting.

Communication with the Director always received a quick response and the 10 year guarantee of the work and materials used was further reassurance.
